Folks when you are looking for help when comes to Real Estate up in the North part of the State of Vermont. You really need to be careful.
There is a person up in the area of Lamoille County Vermont one of the Towns in the County is Stowe, which has their self set up on a Real Estate blogging site, on Facebook and Google Plus which list their self as a Real Estate Agent, Consultant which specializes in Investment Properties, plus that they own a Real Estate Company but yet does not say they are a Real Estate Broker or show anywhere that they have any kind of a Real Estate License be it an Agent or Broker License.
This person has actually told a lot of stories in-order to get others to feel sorry for them on Real Estate Social Networking and other Social Media sites on the Internet. This person actually was able to get one of the main staff members of a Real Estate blogging site to believe many things that are not true.
Folks I would say it would be best to work with a Real Estate Company which has a well known name like Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Stowe Realty, Mountain Associates Realtors, just to give you a few ideas. Remember to always be careful and be in the know.

ReplyDeleteBob my friend, its just one person, I sure wish I was able to say even more but not able at least not right now. Its sure to bad there are folks which go out of their way to play on the feelings of others just to get them to feel sorry for them in-order to get ahead in life, instead of actually putting in the work.
