Folks do you know about the Emotions Anonymous Group in the Town of Claremont, New Hampshire which meet up with each other?
Emotions Anonymous Groups members are from many walks of life and are of diverse ages, economic status, social and educational backgrounds. The only requirement for membership is a desire to become well emotionally.

Just for today I will try to be happy, realizing my happiness does not depend on what others do or say or what happens around me. Happiness is a result of being at peace with myself.
Folks the Emotions Anonymous meetings are held at Valley Regional Hospital and take place in the Buckley Conference Room in the Town of Claremont, New Hampshire and are an hour long and are held between the hour of 6:00 and 7:00 P.M. This group is made-up of folks which are experiencing different kinds of emotional issues in their day to day life.
