Energy Efficient Homes New Hampshire, Home Owners and Home Buyers in these tough economic times. Its important to all families to be able to cut their living costs in order to save money. By choosing to live more Green and having your home run more energy efficient, will save you and your family save some of those hard earn dollars.

The ongoing environmental impact of our beloved Mother Earth that results from a family's energy and water used in operating their household needs, often far more outweighs the actual impact that was associated with the home being built.

Energy Efficient Homes New Hampshire, Energy consuming equipment, such as your Hot Water Heater, Clothes Washer, the Dryer, and the family Refrigerator.  There are many new and improved energy efficient products on the market now a days. That you can replace those older and outdated ones, which can help you and your family save energy and water.

The U.S. Department of Energy(link) has developed standardized testing procedures, that manufactures need to follow. These tests are to been done in order to report the energy performance consistently of their products. Energy Guide labels on most appliances as will as heating and cooling equipment allow you to compare the energy performance of the products on the market. (I do need to say there is some talk that some manufacturers have been less than up front with the energy efficient number they have reported in the pass).

Energy Efficient Homes New Hampshire, Homes should be healthy for families to live in, and the home and building products that you and your family select will significantly affect the quality of your home's indoor environment. Some products are green because they can enhance your community's well being. Being green is about more than your home. Green building products that help to ensure a healthy home environment for you and your family.

ActiveRain Real Estate Network for Blogging Real Estate Professionals

ActiveRain Real Estate Network for Blogging Real Estate Professionals

By Dale Baker
Blog Editor
Published Friday Thirtieth April 2010

The staff of the site said they would have their brand new servers installed and up and running last week on the ActiveRain Network in Seattle, Washington, which became owned by Marked Leader, which both then became owned by Trulia which all three of them are now owned by Zillow.

I have totally lost count now, as to how many times that I have heard the new servers will up and running by______. For one reason or another ActiveRain keeps missen their time line for haven them up and running.

ActiveRain Real Estate Network for Blogging Real Estate Professions, as of the 28th day of April 2010 only members of some areas of the Country are able to post to their blogs on the site, mainly the members which are located in the West Coast areas. Seeing that the ActiveRain Headquarters is located in Seattle, Washington, the staff has made sure the servers are up and running okay for all members of the Pacific Time Zone are able to put out info to folks.

Just how long would a business of any kind stay in business if it keeps on missing its time lines for folks that use the site?  The other thing to stop and think about is that companies and organizations are only as good as their word is.

I do like the ActiveRain Real Estate Network, but I do have a problem with the fact many of my clients that read both of my ActiveRain blogs, on a regular bases keep calling and e-mailing me and asking me to find a new blogging site to have my blogs on.

ActiveRain Estate Network for Blogging Real Estate Professionals, all these time line misses have made it look like I do not keep my word to folks. When I have told them, that ActiveRain has said the errors are going to be fixed by__________. And then I end up haven to let my clients know that ActiveRain has moved the date yet once again.

Folks just this afternoon alone I ended up getting over 35 errors of all kinds. As I was writing this blog post, I got ten more. The one below I got the most today.

I'm sure that Google is not looking at the ActiveRain Real Estate Network errors as being something professional or good for the members of the site.

Folks an update to this blog posting: The blogging site which was talk about up above in this post, There have been a lot of members of the site contacting me to say that ActiveRain just might not any longer be a safe site to go visit or to be a member of anymore. The staff also does not look upon or treat all members as being equal!!!

Happiness sure is Homemade
Have a good one

ActiveRain Real Estate Blogging Community Intermission

ActiveRain Real Estate Blogging Community Intermission, a day in the life of Dale Baker owner of Baker Home Energy Audit and Commercial Properties Inspection, tryen to login to the ActiveRain Real Estate Blogging Community. I was mighty surprised to bring up the ActiveRain Real Estate blogging community site this mornen at 7:45 A.M. to end up being welcome by a intermission curtain. Seeing that I was told that the Eastern time for the ActiveRain Real Estate blogging community site to be down was going to be between 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M.

I'm glad that ActiveRain is working to fix things here in the community, but when you schedule time to be able to post a blog post or two, and then find out you are not able to. All because you were eaither given the wrong time or the ActiveRain IT's do not know how to tell time, its really frustrating to be prevented from achieving your goal.

ActiveRain Real Estate Blogging Community Intermission, I do know one thing for sure, our clients sure would not be at all understanding if we told them a time we would meet them, or have paper work done and to them at the time we said we would. So it sure does not make sense to me why ActiveRain would not feel they sould do the same thing for their members.

We're working behind the curtains to improve ActiveRain...

It's hard to wait, but new features, bug-fixes, and other goodies are coming soon!

We're working behind the curtains to improve ActiveRain…

A fun thing I am able to get the over all Inspectors page to come up, but still can not login. But some members are able to login to the ActiveRain community, mainly the west cost area. First Time Home Buyer when looking at a HUD or Bank Owned Property

First Time Home Buyer when looking at a HUD or Bank owned Property, These properties are usely winteriz in the winter time. Some Home Inspectors offer whats called a De-Winterization and Winterization service. This service will allow you to have the plumbing system inspection performed on your prospective property. Typically HUD and Banks stipulates that you can have utilities restored in order to complete your home inspection; but HUD and Banks also stipulates that you are responsible for haven the property De-Winterized and winterized at your own expense. This service should be performed on the same day as the home inspection.

De-Winterization, A pressure test is performed to ensure that water can be safely introduced back into the home's plumbing system. If the plumbing system is able to hold air pressure, then the water can be turned on and the valves are opened at the sinks, toilets, and the hot water heater.

Winterization, After the home inspection is compled, a thorough and complete draining of the plumbing and heating system will need to be performed. When that has been done, then a non-toxic anti-freeze will have to be added to all of the plumbing traps and fixtures. All sinks and toilets will need to have a dated tagged indicating that winterization has been done to the property. This needs to be done, in order to ensure the home's plumbing supply lines and fixtures will not be damaged by frozen water.
