Most
folks out there know that the Claremont Kmart Store is scheduled to be
closed in the first part of December 2014. With that happening Sears
Management has had to look for and find a different building to relocate
too or it would end up closing also.
Folks
will the Sears Management has a lease signed for the Sears Store to
relocate into the old Blockbuster building in the same plaza as Kmart
and Sears Store are in right now on Washington Street in the City of Claremont, New Hampshire.
Sure can't blame
the Sears Management not wanting to stay in the Kmart building, like the
Keene, New Hampshire Sears stayed in the building which it shared with
Kmart. The Claremont Kmart building is in very bad shape.
The
Sears Store will be keeping the same hours as Kmart through the Month
of November of this year of 2014. The Management of Sears say the store
will be opening in its new spot in early December and hoping not to miss
an hour of business for folks to shop with them.
This
Kmart had ended missing being close when the Kmart Corporation closed more
than 100 of its locations two years ago. The word of the decision to
close the Claremont Kmart came out back in September to folks in and around the areas of the City of
Claremont, New Hampshire. There has been a liquidation sale going on at
Kmart, but most of the prices which I have seen so far really are not a
big savings for folks. Actually I'm not even sorry to see Kmart go.
