Hampshire have and enforces an overnight Winter Parking Ban Ordinance.
The below information is being posted to help folks which already living
in around, looking at relocating to, or will be visiting in the Town of
Hanover, New Hampshire to be in the know.
The
Town of Hanover Police Department is in charge of the enforcement of
the Winter Overnight Street Parking Ban Ordinance which is scheduled to
be enforced between the Fifteenth day of November 2014 and the Thirtieth
day of April 2015. Folks this ordinance will be effect between the
hours of 12:01 A.M. and 7:00 A.M.
Folks
any vehicle which is parked in violation of the Hanover Winter Street
Parking Ban will receive a ticket, and in addition when there is bad
snow or ice weather or the Town of Hanover is conducting the removal of
snow, the Hanover Police Department will order the towing of vehicles at
the expense of the vehicles owner and without any kind of notice the
towing will occur.
Hanover Winter Parking Town Ordinance Hanover New Hampshire, the Officials of the Town of Hanover says there is usually parking available for folks
in the covered section of the parking garage after Midnight, but you
need to remember your vehicle needs to exit by 7:00 A.M. or you will be
charged for parking. Folks the garage is located behind Talbot's on
Lebanon Street in the Town of Hanover, New Hampshire.

ReplyDeleteWinter weather requires the streets to be clear of all vehicles for snow plowing. good idea by you to tell residents o Hanover or remind them about the parking ordinances and potential towing. I am sure its expensive to retrieve your vehilce ponce it is towed away.
