Folks the City of Claremont in Sullivan County New Hampshire is are looking for proposals from professional services for the repair, modification or replacement of City Hall Complex existing doors. This includes four sets of double doors and two single doors, plus two additional sets of double doors which they would like to be priced as an add alternate.
The City of Claremont Officials say they reserve the right to reject and or all proposals, to waive any formalities, to modify the request or request additional information and to award the contract for the job in any manner which they deem to be in the best interest of the City of Claremont.
City Hall Request Proposals for ADA Accessible Doors Claremont New Hampshire, folks they strongly suggest that attendances at the upcoming scheduled meeting to take place on Tuesday the First day of September 2015 in-order to learn about the scope of the project. The will be taking place in the City Hall Council Chambers and then will move around to the various areas of City Hall which encompass the scope of the work which they would like to have done.
They have scheduled the acceptance of the proposal bids to terminate at 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon of Tuesday the Eighth day of September 2015. Mail or have your sealed packet proposal to the City Manager's Office for the City of Claremont, 58 Opera House Square in the City of Claremont, New Hampshire 03743. You need to clearly indicate the project as ADA Accessible Doors. They will not accept any proposals which arrives for any reason after the cut off time of 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday the Eighth day of September 2015.
