Property Transfers of Sullivan County Register in Newport New Hampshire

Folks below are Property Transfers which were recorded at the office of the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds between Tuesday the Twenty Sixth day of August and Monday the First day of September 2014.
There were two in the Town of Acworth, New Hampshire:
- Federal National Mortgage Association, Dallas, sold land with buildings to John C. Noll, Park City, Kan., for the amount of $135,000.
- Michelle A. Hayward, Westmoreland, sold land with buildings on the northerly side of Crescent Lake Road to Todd O’Brien, Langdon, for the amount of $152,500.
There were two in the Town of Charlestown, New Hampshire:
- Robert Jr. and Elizabeth Morway, Charlestown, sold land with improvements on the northeasterly side of Unity Stage Road to Charles Jr. and Debra Havlir, Charlestown, for the amount of $10,000.
- Joshua R. Howe, Newport, sold a 1997 14 by 68-foot Liberty mobile home at 15 Morway’s Park to Narje LLC, Charlestown, for the amount of $21,500.
In the City of Claremont, New Hampshire there were four:
- Joseph Simino Jr., Michael Hardy and Raymond Branch, all of Claremont, sold four tracts of land with buildings at 55 Woodland St., to Christopher and Krystal-Leigh Anzalone, Claremont, for the amount of $132,500.
- Richard and Jada Belt, Claremont, sold land with buildings on Dustin Heights to David and Erika Osgood, Claremont, for the amount of $110,000.
- Belfon Machine Holdings LLC, Claremont, sold land with buildings on Industrial Boulevard to Harhawk Holdings LLC, Claremont, for the amount of $500,000.
- Irene B. Demars and Sandra D. Brown, Brownsville, sold a 1996 14 by 76-foot Skyline mobile home at 7 Megan Place to Sandra A. Mangan, Charlestown, for the amount of $23,000.
In the Town of Grantham, New Hampshire there was one:
- Neal and Paula Cohen, Haverhill, Mass., sold land with improvements at Snow Hill, Section 2, Eastman, to William S. Riffey, Concord, for the amount of $147,500.
There was one in the Town of Lempster, New Hampshire:
- Elaine M. Frank, Lempster, sold land on the northerly side of Mill Road to Roger Kieffer, Niskayuna, N.Y., for the amount of $37,500.
In the Town of Newport, New Hampshire there was one:
- Raymond and Kristy Kibbey, Newport, sold land on the northeasterly side of Mac Avenue to Stephen Jr. and Tabitha Ripley, Newport, for for the amount of $144,000.
There was one in the Town of Springfield, New Hampshire:
- Melissa Beaulieu, Springfield, N.H., sold land with buildings on the westerly side of Philbrick Hill Road to Patrick J. Rogers, Grantham, for the amount of $242,000.
In the Town of Sunapee, New Hampshire there were three:
- Howard G. Sargent, executor of the estate of Mary L. Sanborn sold land with buildings on the easterly side of Route 11 to Michael A. Smith, Newport, for the amount of $70,000.
- Scott D. Miller, Reading, Mass., sold land at Sunapee View Estates to Darryl and Lisa Sencabaugh, Wilmington, Mass., for the amount of $78,000.
- C. William Voorhees, Sunapee, sold land with improvements at Fox Run Road to David and Kelly Michaud, Sunapee, for the amount of $724,000.
In the Town of Washington, New Hampshire there were two:
- Steven and Linda Osienski, Bennington, New Hampshire, sold two parcels of land with buildings at Highland Lake Shores to Carol and James Devine, Wilmington, Mass., for the amount of $229,000.
- Ali and Pamela Farzan, East Canaan, Conn., sold land with buildings at 70 Lakeview Terrace to Francis and Randi Murray, Melrose, Mass., for the amount of $285,000.
